This page provides all of our downloads for our Bailey DCS Simulator product.

Our Bailey DCS Simulator product is available in several versions:

HMI Test (HMI) - for testing operator console.
Composer Companion (CC) - Test control logic within Composer EWS (or WinTools).
Operator Training Simulator (OTS) - Core component for high fidelity Operator Training Simulator in partnership with several simulation vendors.
Custom configurations are also available if none of the above fits your need.

However, the same software download is used for ALL of these versions. The difference between versions is applied via a USB license Key.

WinZIP Files

All files downloaded from this page have been ZIPPED with WinZIP. You will require WinZIP version 9.0 or greater (or equivalent) to unZIP these files.

Updates ONLY to the Black Key version after August 2013.* All users should migrate to the new Black Key version, which should not require any change at all to your application.
Bailey DCS Simulator Demonstration version, fully functional. Licensed to maximum of 1 controller module, 1 CIU, and 200 function blocks. Silver USB License key required to unlock simulator for greater DCS resource size.
